Terms of Service

1 Scope of Services & Project Engagement

TEJAS Interiors ("we", "us", "firm", registered as S. Praveen Kumar under GSTIN: 36FXSPS6003M1Z0) provides comprehensive turnkey interior design, modular cabinetry manufacturing, false ceiling installation, lighting & automation, and architectural finishing services across Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

By signing a project proposal, paying a booking advance, or registering via our website (tejasinteriors.in), you ("Client") agree to these standard terms which form an integral part of the project agreement.

2 Design Consultation, 3D Renders & BOQ

Our initial design consultation and floorplan concept review are complimentary. Following the initial survey:

• Photorealistic 3D Renders: We create high-definition virtual renders and 2D CAD production drawings based on physical on-site measurements.
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ): A transparent, itemized BOQ is prepared detailing material specs (plywood grade, laminate/acrylic finish, hardware brand, edge banding).
• Design Sign-off: Factory production commences only after the client approves the final 3D layouts, material samples, and detailed BOQ in writing.

3 Milestone Payment Schedule

To maintain transparency and ensure seamless procurement of premium raw materials, turnkey projects are structured across standard milestone stages:

• Stage 1 (10% Advance): Booking confirmation, on-site laser survey, and 3D design conceptualization.
• Stage 2 (40% Factory Procurement): Upon final 3D design approval and detailed BOQ sign-off to initiate raw board cutting and modular factory manufacturing.
• Stage 3 (40% Material Dispatch): Prior to dispatch of modular panels, joinery, and fittings to the project site.
• Stage 4 (10% Final Handover): Upon completion of installation, post-snag checklist verification, and deep cleaning handover.

4 Client Site Readiness & Access

For our installation teams to execute flawless joinery and adhere to strict timelines, the client must ensure:

• Unrestricted site access during authorized working hours approved by society/apartment guidelines.
• Continuous working electricity (single/three phase) and water availability on-site for tools and testing.
• Completion of base civil work, wall plastering, flooring base, and window frames prior to modular joinery installation.

5 45-Day Move-in Guarantee & Delivery Timelines

Our standard modular interior turnaround is 40 to 45 working days from the date of final 3D design sign-off, material finalization, and receipt of production payment milestone.

6 Modifications & Change Orders

Any changes to layout, materials, or finishes requested after factory production has commenced will be processed via an official Change Order (CO) reflecting adjusted material costs and revised delivery timelines.

7 Intellectual Property

All bespoke CAD blueprints, 3D architectural renders, modular joinery engineering drawings, and branding assets created by TEJAS Interiors remain our intellectual property until the full contract value is settled. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the designs for their personal residence.

8 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
